إن كينونة النفس البشريه الفطريه تخلو تماما من وجود وباء وراثي يسمي (التملق) وبأن نسبة 99% من حاملي الوباء كان سببه انعدام الثقه بالنفس لديهم كسلوك مكتسب أكسبتهم إياه البيئه…

وتظيف الدراسه أيضا أن ألأطفال الذي غالبا ما كانت طاقاتهم تواجه بالقمع. الأسري هم من. أكثر ألأشخاص الموبوئين بهذا الداء…

فداء التملق علميا هو رؤية الفرد لذاته وصناعتها من خلال ألأخرون ..

مؤشر ألأنجاز في الوصول لهدفه تحدده نظريه القيم المتناظره التي تقول بان نسبة القبول بخدماته ومكافأته عليها بمنصب أو مكانه  تحدده مهارة تفننه في خدمة تلك الشخصيات التي يحوم حولها…

إذ يحرص المتملق دوما  علي اختيار اسهل واقرب طرق الوصول  لهدفه في الظهور واللمعان السريع من خلال اختياره للشخصيات المشهوره تلك التي بايديها صنع القرار.

أو الوجاهه اوالمال ومصاحبتها…

وهذا يعكسه مانلاحظه من حرص المتملق الدائم علي أن يكون بصحبتها طيلة وقته مسخرآ في ذالك كل جهده وماله..

حتي الركون اليه وتسلمه ما كان يصبو إليه وسعي لأجله .

ومن ألأثار الخطره التي أوجدها التملق في الحياه الاجتماعيه فوضي المرافق الخدميه

اذا اضحت هذه المرافق اليوم  من أوبأ ألأماكن المستشري فيها هذاالداء وهذا مالا يختلف عليه اثنان بل وما يتفق عليه ايضا حتي العاقل والمجنون”

داء اوجد معه واقع من الانعكاسات الخطيره علي واقع تلك المرافق ليس بتمكين أؤلئك المتملمقون منها علي حساب ذوي الكفاءه والخبره وحسب بل وأفقد معه حتي علي أؤلئك  القله القليه الباقون في تلك المرافق من حاملي مشروع البناء فاعليتهم في ايجاد اوتحقيق شي ما بسبب تواجد اؤلئك فيها.

مرافق لم تعد تؤدي وظيفتها بالشكل المطلوب وأضحت مرافق لمرافقي اؤلئك (…… ) تلميعا وتبريرا وتزيينا لاعمالهم الواتسيه والفيسبوكيه لاغير (… )علي حساب واقع خدمة ابناء المجتمع الذي هي بالاصل  قد أسست لأجل خدمته لاخدمتهم…

وأخير ا …كم نحن بحاجه إلي أن يقف المستشعرون لمسؤلياتهم أمام الله يدا واحده في موقف إحسان جماعي لتنظيف كافة المؤسسات الخدميه من أولئك وغيرهم قبل الشروع في البدء بتنفيذ برامج الرؤيه الوطنيه فيها..
